2. Reservations and Payments

  • 2.1. To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
  • 2.2. All reservations are subject to availability.
  • 2.3. Rates displayed are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • 3.1. Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • 3.2. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • 3.3. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 4.1. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the advance payment, minus any processing fees.
  • 4.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 4.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • 5.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
  • 5.2. Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking areas or rooms. A penalty fee will apply for violations.
  • 5.3. Guests must follow all local laws and regulations during their stay.

6. Resort Liability

  • 6.1. The Moksha Valley is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • 6.2. The resort is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps occurring on the property or during activities arranged by the resort.
  • 6.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • 8.1. The Moksha Valley reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately.
