Booking Policy
At The Moksha Valley, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our guests. This booking policy outlines the terms and conditions for making reservations with us.
Advance Payment
- To confirm your booking, we require a 50% advance payment of the total booking amount at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations Made 7 Days Prior to Check-In: Advance payments will be refunded in full, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Prior to Check-In: Advance payments will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
Modifications to Booking
- Any changes to your reservation, such as dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- UPI payments
- Credit/Debit cards (where applicable)
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
