Booking Policy

At The Moksha Valley, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our guests. This booking policy outlines the terms and conditions for making reservations with us.

Advance Payment

  • To confirm your booking, we require a 50% advance payment of the total booking amount at the time of reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations Made 7 Days Prior to Check-In: Advance payments will be refunded in full, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Prior to Check-In: Advance payments will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Modifications to Booking

  • Any changes to your reservation, such as dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the modification.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI payments
  • Credit/Debit cards (where applicable)

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
